The most recent issue of the Route 66 Federation News feature a fabulous cover photo of the Pontiac Chautauqua mural. 

Inside the magazine is a great article, written by John and Lenore Weiss, which tells the story of the Walldog's visit to town. 

Accompanying the text is a two-page, full color spread featuring 9 more pictures of our murals. 

This press coverage is just one more example of how the Summer Bash 2009 Festival continues to attract visitors to Pontiac and help to spread information about our wonderful tourist attractions. 

In the same issue, there is a photograph and a brief article on the latest attraction to be added to the Route 66 Hall of Fame & Museum: the restored wishing well and sign from the historic Wishing Well Motel (Countryside,IL).
